The IAG nG NMS measuring system is a 191 °C heated extractive diode laser NH3 and H2O detection system. This very compact and light system can be used in a wide variety of applications.
Two sample gas inlets, three analogue output, a built-in gas inlet pressure regulator, a heated sample gas filter, an integrated purge function, a span gas con- nection, and any kind of communication option you might eventually like are basic technical features. Setup and operation are kept as simple as possible without sparing an operation soft- ware with all functions the advanced user would expect, including alarm parameterization, calibration as well as open communica- tion settings. The operation takes place via touchscreen directly at the device or via communication interfaces such as AK, RS232, Modbus or Profibus.
Analyzing components like NH3, which are very difficult to detect, require measuring systems that provide optimal response times. IAG-nG has been developing heated pre-filters since 1998 and has worked ever since to create sampling modules and measuring systems with minimum internal volume, optimized gas flow, uniform heating and special surface treatment. Therefore, this system has the ability of realizing very short response times.
Another important thing to mention is the maintenance friendliness of our products. Annual maintenance can be easily done by the user and wear parts are available for very reasonable prices.
